Robin has over 30 years experience of consulting and managing distribution and service to the Customer in the consumer goods, direct marketing and wholesales distribution industries in 40 countries and the US.

How do you contribute to the HarrisonGray team?
I run our Service Strategy and Customer Relationship Management Practice as well as our Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Program.

What were some of your reasons for joining HarrisonGray?
I liked and agreed with Marcus' [HarrisonGray CEO] vision for HarrisonGray. I wanted the intellectual support and opportunities of a consulting organization without the restrictions and bureaucracy of a Big Five.

What do you love about HarrisonGray?
The feeling that we can do anything, create anything, if it helps the company grow and is consistent with the vision.

How do you spend your time outside of work?
Playing tennis, running, cycling, playing the guitar, writing and reading...
